Foul Winds of Sickness

A putrid spirit has taken control of the nether regions and is evident by it's Foul Winds of Sickness. Once again I have aligned myself with Carbos, Lord of the Fat Ones, to do battle against this oldest and malodorous of enemies. May the Ancient One have mercy on the Queen of Amazonia and I in this wretched battle.
